QC (Quality Control) Roles & Responsibilities
Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples.
Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, dissolution, and other analytical instruments as applicable.
Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis as per approved specifications and SOPs.
Prepare and maintain standard solutions, reagents, mobile phases, and analytical samples.
Review analytical results and ensure compliance with specifications, STPs, and pharmacopeial requirements.
Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory investigations.
Maintain proper GLP, GMP, and data-integrity practices.
Perform instrument calibration, qualification,



and routine maintenance.
Maintain QC documentation, worksheets, logbooks, analytical reports, and COAs.
Support method validation, method verification, and analytical method transfer.
Ensure proper handling and storage of samples, chemicals, and reference standards.
Follow all required safety procedures and laboratory practices.
