Primary Responsibilities:
Engineering Leadership & Delivery
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, continuous learning, and innovation
Drive technical design, architecture reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices to ensure delivery of reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Architects,



and Engineering Leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage delivery commitments, sprint objectives, project milestones, and operational support activities while ensuring high quality outcomes
Full Stack Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain contemporary front-end applications using Angular, Blazor, and related web technologies
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Oracle technologies
Build and support Monolithic/ Microservices-based architectures using REST APIs, event-driven communication, messaging frameworks, and up-to-date integration patterns
Develop secure, scalable, highly available, and performance-optimized enterprise solutions
Cloud & Platform Engineering
