Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our recruitment business by acquiring current corporate clients and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach companies with recruitment and staffing requirements.
Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and networking.
Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Directors, and decision-makers.
Prepare and present recruitment service proposals and commercial terms.
Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and payment terms with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Maintain proper records of leads,



meetings, proposals, and closures.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely candidate delivery.
Identify opportunities for bulk hiring, permanent recruitment, and staffing contracts.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales and recruitment business development.
Good understanding of HR/recruitment services.
Ability to communicate with senior-level corporate decision-makers.
Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Solid networking and lead-generation abilities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in recruitment agency sales, staffing, manpower consultancy, HR services, or B2B corporate sales will be preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + attractive incentives, depending on experience and performan
