Role Summary

SolarRun is looking for a hands-on engineer to identify, prototype, build and productionise AI-powered solutions across its CRM, sales, marketing, lead generation, content and customer operations. This is not just a chatbot or prompt-engineering role.

Key Responsibilities
Build AI-powered workflows inside the PHP/Laravel CRM.
Build AI agents for sales coaching, role-play and call analysis.
Automate lead enrichment, qualification, scoring, routing and follow-up.
Build marketing/content-generation workflows.
Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM APIs.
Build tool/function-calling and agentic workflows.
Connect AI systems to the CRM using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and authentication.
Build automations with n8n or similar tools.
Implement RAG, embeddings and vector search.
Build guardrails, validation, retries, fallbacks and human approvals.




Implement AI evaluation/testing, logging, monitoring and cost tracking.
Handle security, privacy and customer-data protection.
Document architecture, APIs, prompts and workflows.
