Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
Assist with POS billing, payments, exchanges, and returns.
Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.
Maintain basic sales and customer records.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.




Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth store operations.

Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Retail Management, or any relevant discipline.
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
