to contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, and industry-academia engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Advantages, and contemporary HR practices

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, case studies, simulations, and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.

Change Management
Develop and regularly update course content, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Adopt creative and student-centric teaching methodologies, including case studies, simulations, experiential learning, role plays, and industry projects.
Mentor and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, internships, and research activities.
Conduct high-quality research and publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
Develop and participate in funded research projects, conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic collaborations.
Establish and strengthen industry-academia partnerships with HR professionals, organizations, consultants, and professional bodies.
