About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director who combines robust creative thinking with hands-on expertise in digital and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable developing a long-form brand story, creating compelling content, and analysing and optimising a Meta Ads campaign.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will not be managing a large team; instead, you will take ownership of the marketing lifecycle end-to-end — from strategy and content creation to campaign execution, distribution, performance analysis, and continuous optimisation.

You will work closely with the Marketing Head, existing team leads, and cross-functional teams across business, product, and sales. The right candidate is proactive, execution-focused, data-driven, and comfortable working in a quick-paced startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute OneRoot's content strategy across social media, website, email, and product communication channels.
Create high-quality content across multiple formats, including long-form articles, social media content, scripts, infographics, case studies, newsletters, and campaign creatives.
Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with business objectives, campaigns, and commodity cycles.
Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across different audiences, including farmers, B2B buyers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Own key performance marketing metrics such as CPC,
