Experience: 0–2 years in café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Education: 10th / 12th / Hotel Management or Hospitality-related course preferred.

Salary Range : 18000 to 25000

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests professionally and courteously.
Assist guests with seating, menu information, and basic queries.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely and professional service as per café standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of guest areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen, barista, cashier, and service team for smooth order execution.




Check guest satisfaction and promptly communicate any concerns to the senior team.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety.
Maintain proper table setup, clearing, and resetting.
Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment carefully.
Assist during opening and closing duties of the café.
Support the team during peak hours, events, and special service requirements.
Maintain qualified grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene at all times.
Follow company policies related to attendance, discipline, safety, and guest service.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
