Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage the complete people agenda for our Mother Hub operations. The role will work closely with operations leaders and frontline teams to drive workforce productivity, employee engagement, retention, compliance, and a robust employee experience.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a high-volume, rapid-paced Mother Hub/Warehouse environment, managing a large blue-collar workforce and handling employee-related matters on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Partner with Mother Hub Operations leaders to understand business and manpower requirements.
Translate business requirements into effective people strategies and HR interventions.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and operational stakeholders.
Provide data-driven insights on manpower, productivity, absenteeism, attrition, and employee engagement.
Workforce & Manpower Management
Manage manpower planning and deployment in partnership with operations.
Track headcount, vacancies, attendance, absenteeism, and attrition.
Work closely with TA/vendors to ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Identify manpower gaps and proactively develop sourcing and retention solutions.
Support peak-season and volume-based workforce planning.
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, conflicts, and workplace concerns.
Conduct regular floor visits and employee connects to understand ground-level issues.
Drive grievance resolution within defined timelines.
Partner with operations managers to maintain a positive and productive work workplace.
