Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and cutting-edge R&D; Manager to lead the research, development, and design of power electronic products including UPS, SMPS, Inverters, and PCB-based systems. The candidate will be responsible for product development, circuit design, testing, troubleshooting, prototype development, and coordination with production and quality teams for successful product execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead R&D; activities for UPS, SMPS, Inverter, and PCB-based products.
Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits.
Develop schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and product prototypes.
Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Improve existing products for efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments.




Select components and evaluate vendor products.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Prepare technical documentation, BOM, and product specifications.
Support product certification and regulatory approvals.
Manage and guide the R&D; team for timely project completion.

Technical Skills Required
Robust knowledge of Power Electronics.
Hands-on experience in UPS, SMPS, and Inverter design.
PCB Design and Circuit Development.
Knowledge of Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems.

Experience with testing instruments such as CRO, Multimeter, and Power Analyzer

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
