Logiware Supply Chain Solutions is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 3– 4 years of experience warehouse operations & stock management, preferably in a 3PL/Warehouse Operation.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Allocate manpower and work assignments based on daily operational requirements.
Monitor the performance and productivity of warehouse operators and helpers.
Ensure proper material handling, storage, stacking, and location management.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate and monitor GRN, stock movement, picking, dispatch, and shipment documentation.
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required turnaround time.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouse team,



and internal departments for smooth material movement.
Report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, excesses, and operational issues to the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, 5S, housekeeping, and warehouse discipline.
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational priorities
Preferred Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Candidates with 3PL warehouse experience will be preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS/ERP.
Experience handling warehouse operators, helpers, inventory, and dispatch operations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
