Senior Manager - Digital Strategy & Solutioning
.

The role will be responsible for converting complex business and marketing challenges into integrated digital solutions across Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, Analytics, MarTech and AI-led Marketing.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, strong digital marketing expertise, and pre-sales capabilities. The person will work closely with business development, sales, practice leaders and subject-matter experts to understand prospective client requirements and convert them into compelling, differentiated and commercially viable digital solutions for recent business opportunities across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Solutioning
Analyse prospective client briefs, RFPs and business requirements.




Understand the client’s business challenge, marketing objectives, audience, competitive environment and growth opportunities.
Develop integrated digital strategies across relevant channels and capabilities.
Convert requirements into transparent solution frameworks, strategic roadmaps and implementation approaches.
Recommend the right mix of services based on client needs rather than creating standard capability-led responses. Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, Analytics, MarTech and AI-led Marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, media, social, content, creative, SEO, technology and analytics.
Create strategic roadmaps that connect brand objectives with measurable business outcomes.

Pre-Sales and Business Development
Lead or support discovery sessions, strategic workshops and solutioning discussions.
Develop compelling pitch presentations, proposals, RFP responses and
