Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pantry / Food & Beverage Steward with hands-on experience in serving tea, coffee, snacks, and meals, and in making food arrangements for staff and guests. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, corporate cafeteria, or similar food-service workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages as per standard recipes and guest/employee preferences.
Set up pantry counters, buffet stations, meeting rooms, and dining areas before service.
Arrange and replenish food items, snacks, fruits, beverages, and condiments during service hours.
Ensure timely service of meals, snacks, and beverages for employees, visitors, and meeting attendees.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen, serving counters,



dining areas, wash areas, and storage spaces.
Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, trays, and serving equipment.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, coffee machines, tea urns, water dispensers, and other pantry equipment.
Monitor stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, disposables, and other consumables; raise requirements in advance.
Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for all food and beverage items and check for expiry dates.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in setting up and clearing buffets for meetings, events, and special occasions.
Coordinate with the kitchen, facility team, and vendors for smooth food and beverage operations.
Attend to employee and guest requests related to pantry and F&B; service in a courteous and timely manner.
