Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and HRMS.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR processes and should be comfortable working on HRMS platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, greytHR, Darwinbox, or similar systems.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payouts.
Payroll Management - Handle payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, arrears, deductions, reimbursements, FF, and salary revisions.
Payroll Management - Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing, salary payouts, and payroll-related accounting requirements.
Payroll Management - Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, tax, PF, PT, and other payroll matters.
Payroll Management - Prepare payroll MIS, variance reports, payroll summaries, and other management reports.




Payroll Management - Manage full final settlement process, including recoveries and employee dues.
Statutory Compliance - Manage day-to-day statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, TDS, Labour Laws, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable regulations.
Statutory Compliance - Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns and payments.
Statutory Compliance - Maintain compliance records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Statutory Compliance - Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities whenever required.
Statutory Compliance - Keep track of changes in labour laws and statutory requirements and ensure necessary implementation.
HR Operations Employee Lifecycle - Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
