We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR qualified who can manage employee training, support HR operations, and handle end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving employee performance through structured training programs while ensuring smooth HR processes and timely hiring across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for recent employees.
Plan, schedule, and deliver training programs for freshers and existing employees.
Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials.
Assess employee learning through quizzes, assignments, mock calls, and practical evaluations.
Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
Coordinate with department managers to understand training requirements.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and performance reports.
Track employee progress during training and probation.
Talent Acquisition
Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
Source candidates through job portals,



social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records in the HRMS.
Support attendance, leave management, and probation confirmation processes.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
