Senior Sales Executives for IT Company (5+ Years Exp)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B & B2C IT sales, lead generation, software/web development and mobile app projects, with proven ability to acquire clients and convert leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for website development, web applications, software development, and mobile app development projects.
Identify and approach potential clients through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
Have robust knowledge of Upwork and Freelancer proposal/bidding processes, including finding suitable projects, preparing proposals, client communication, and follow-ups.
Handle Fiverr inquiries and convert them into successful projects.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical/development team.
Prepare and send professional proposals, quotations, and project estimates.




Conduct client discussions through email, chat, phone, Zoom/Google Meet, and other communication channels.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project terms with clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, proposals, follow-ups, and closed deals.
Research market trends and identify new opportunities for IT services.

Required Skills & Experience
6 to 10 years of experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development.
Proven experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, Software Development, or IT Services.
Robust experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr is highl
