We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in selling 2 BHK, 3 BHK flats and residential plots.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate leads through direct sales, brokers, channel partners and references.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and site visits.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Solid experience in selling flats and plots.
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Valuable local market and broker network preferred.
Target-oriented with robust leadership and customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,001.34 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
