Job Role

We are looking for a
Accounts & Quotation Executive – Tally Prime
to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, quotation preparation and commercial activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in
Tally Prime, GST, MS Excel, sales/purchase accounting and preparing quotations
.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally Prime
.
Prepar, purchase entries, receipts, payments and journal entries.
Prepare and send
customer quotations
based on enquiries.
Check product descriptions, item codes, pack sizes, prices, discounts and GST before sending quotations.




Coordinate with customers regarding quotation clarifications, pricing and availability.
Follow up on quotations and customer orders.
Prepare sales orders, purchase orders and other commercial documents when required.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for payment follow-up.
Assist with
GST-related accounting and documentation
.
Reconcile customer/supplier accounts and bank transactions.
Maintain proper records of invoices, quotations, purchase orders and other documents.
Prepare basic Excel reports related to sales, purchases, quotations, outstanding payments and stock.
Coordinate with the purchase, sales and management teams for pricing and order requirements.
Handle customer and supplier communication related to accounts, quotations and billing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, Finance,
