We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft Security Cloud Solution Architect
to join a highly motivated team of industry experts. The ideal candidate will act as a key technical resource for customers, helping design, implement, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft security and identity solutions.
This role requires strong customer-facing skills, technical leadership, architectural expertise, and hands-on experience with Microsoft security and identity technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key technical resource for customers.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure technical deliveries align with project milestones.
Visit customers to train and share technical and industry expertise.
Conduct and contribute to
Architectural Design Sessions (ADS)
.
Map business goals to technical workplace constraints.
Develop design-led implementation plans.
Provide technical guidance and support for Microsoft security and identity solutions.
Demonstrate solid communication and strategic relationship-building skills.
Deliver technical presentations, training, and documentation.
Continuously learn and stay updated with Microsoft technologies and security best practices.
Maintain and extend relevant Microsoft certifications.
