Business Development Intern | SaaS Sales | HRMS & ERP

Role & Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, email and other channels.

* Connect with HR teams, business owners and decision-makers.

* Understand customer requirements and pitch our HRMS, ERP & SaaS solutions.

* Conduct product presentations and demos with the sales team.

* Follow up with prospects, handle objections and support conversions.

* Maintain leads and sales activities in CRM.

* Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams.

* Achieve assigned sales and outreach targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* MBA Sales/Marketing preferred, but passionate sales candidates are welcome.





* Freshers and candidates with a strong interest in sales can apply.

* Excellent English communication is mandatory.

* Confident, smart, persuasive and comfortable speaking with professionals.

* Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Self-driven, target-oriented and eager to learn.

* Interested in building a career in B2B SaaS Sales / Business Development.
