Assess the patient’s condition and monitor vital signs regularly after surgery.
Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids safely.
Provide wound care and monitor the surgical site for infection or complications.
Manage pain and observe the patient’s response to treatment.
Monitor drains, catheters, dressings, and other medical devices.
Assist the patient with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily activities.
Follow the doctor’s instructions regarding diet, medication, and recovery.
Educate the patient and family about post-operative care and warning signs.
Maintain accurate nursing records and report changes in the patient’s condition.
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare specialists for recovery.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
