Role & responsibilities: -
System Operations: Run and maintain utility systems like HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), WFI (water for injection), pure steam, and electrical supply.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks, fix breakdowns, and plan regular servicing to prevent equipment failure.
Compliance: Follow strict regulatory rules (like USFDA and cGMP) to keep the manufacturing workplace sterile and secure.
Documentation: Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logs, and reports for all maintenance and operational activities.
Troubleshooting: Solve technical problems quickly to avoid production delays.
Projects: Help install, test, and validate current utility equipment (IQ/OQ/OQ protocols).
Preferred Candidate Profile: -
Required Experience: - 4 to 10 Years
Required Qualification: - M.E./M.Tech./B.E./B.Tech.
