B2C: Offering advisory and investment solutions directly to clients
B2B: Building and supporting a network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) for mutual fund distribution

Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Portfolio Review: Regularly review client portfolios and suggest suitable updates (MF, insurance, and loans).
Upselling & Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products based on client needs.
Client Support: Resolve queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a smooth service experience.
Retention Strategy: Engage clients through regular follow-ups and value-added financial insights.
Performance Monitoring: Track client investments and guide them for better financial outcomes.
Qualifications
M.Com, MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred
B.Com Graduates
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Interest in financial advisory and investment products
Self-motivated and disciplined
Experience
Experienced in Banking CASA Selling Products.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or finance will be an advantage.
Compensation
Package: Up to ₹3 LPA
Performance-based incentives may be applicable
