Incident or Crisis Management
Uses multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally that may impact Cisco Business. Work in collaboration with and reporting to different Corporate Security Team. Ensure relevant Incidents populated in Security Dashboard and Reports are raised and via different tools circulated to all stake holders
Monitoring Internal Safety & Security Alarms
Continuous Security alarm monitoring of all threats and unauthorized entries to all restricted areas, investigate and close the case with proper finding and justification as per the SOP Guidelines
Operational Readiness:
The CSC Corporate Security Operator will ensure operational readiness through periodic audits, planning, training, education as well as be assessed on their ability to perform their core roles as they relate to incident and crisis management.
CSC OPERATOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
Monitor incidents from different media source and report security and safety related incidents to Management.
Dispatch Security Officers to check and/ or secure access areas into and onto clients premises, as well as, highly sensitive locations within the buildings
Enforcing client and company policies and procedures
Observe alarms, CCTV, phone lines, life safety and other monitoring systems in order to promptly respond to, compile and report all information regarding theft, alarms, accidents, hazardous material releases, fires and other incidents that may occur
Observe and report, document all unusual/unsafe activity, and take appropriate action as required
Report all building utility/ service/ life safety issues to the appropriate responders, Cisco and Security Management
Notify, assist and direct external emergency personnel and internal emergency response learns (ERT) as necessary
