Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and teams.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
Drive end-to-end project execution, from planning to deployment.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
Manage resource allocation, team performance, and delivery timelines.
Oversee system architecture decisions, code quality, and technical debt management.
Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications




Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in leading full-stack development teams (Java, Angular/React, Spring Boot, REST APIs).
Robust understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and up-to-date SDLC practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
