Job Summary:

The Academic Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the academic program of the school. The role involves supporting teachers, ensuring curriculum standards are met, and enhancing the overall quality of education.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Planning & Implementation
Develop and implement academic plans in alignment with board guidelines
Ensure timely completion of syllabus across all classes
Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and assessment schedules
Curriculum Management
Monitor curriculum delivery and teaching methodologies
Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom strategies
Ensure effective use of teaching aids and resources
Teacher Support & Development
Conduct regular meetings with teachers
Organize training sessions and workshops
Observe classes and provide constructive feedback
Student Performance Monitoring
Track student progress and academic performance
Analyze exam results and suggest improvement strategies
Coordinate remedial classes and enrichment programs




Assessment & Evaluation
Plan and supervise examinations and assessments
Ensure proper evaluation and result compilation
Maintain academic records and reports
Communication & Coordination
Act as a link between management, teachers, students, and parents
Address academic concerns of students and parents
Coordinate school academic events and activities
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to board norms and policies
Maintain records for inspections and audits
Assist in UDISE and other official academic data entries

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
