Tripjack is a technology-driven travel company building digital solutions that simplify travel booking and management for customers and travel partners. We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable and visually engaging digital experiences across our products.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to understand user needs, translate requirements into meaningful experiences, and deliver high-quality UI designs.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes and final UI.
Understand product and business requirements and translate them into easy, intuitive user experiences.
Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis and usability studies to identify prospects for improvement.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components and design guidelines.
Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate user flows.
Use data, user feedback and product analytics to continuously improve experiences.
Ensure consistency across different products, platforms and user touchpoints.
Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure the final product matches the intended design.
Present design decisions and recommendations clearly to product and business stakeholders.
