Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline
Experience:
7 to 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for Band B1 and 8 to 10 years in Band B2
Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Recruitment
Experience in managing recruitment teams and stakeholder engagement
Role Summary:
The role is responsible for leading end-to-end US healthcare recruitment delivery, managing a team of recruiters, driving stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring hiring targets are achieved within defined timelines and SLAs. The incumbent will play a key role in workforce planning, recruitment strategy execution, process excellence, and team performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment delivery for US healthcare hiring requirements across functions and levels.
Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure optimal performance.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure seamless recruitment execution.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, productivity metrics, and hiring SLAs.
Identify process improvement prospects and implement best practices.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and effective offer management.
Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring forecasts for leadership review.
Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development initiatives.
Role-Specific Skills:
Robust leadership experience in managing TA teams and recruitment delivery.
Expertise in US recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.
Robust understanding of workforce planning, talent mapping, and pipeline management.
Experience in KPI tracking, recruitment analytics, and performance management.
