G M Fabrics is hiring "Merchandiser" for Bedding division.
Work location: Marol, Andheri(East)
Work days: Mon to Sat(Sunday is a fixed off)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for product development and order execution
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely shipment of orders
Manage costing, sampling, and approvals in line with client requirements
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to support product innovation
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and client communications
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Education, Experience and skill sets:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (e.g.,
Fashion Merchandising or Textile Technology).
Min 3+ yrs of experience in bedding merchandising, retail planning, or inventory management
Robust understanding of textile manufacturing processes and timelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and SAP
