Role & responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quotations, revised quotations, and scope-of-work documents.
Recommend suitable waterproofing and repair systems and materials.
Coordinate with clients regarding inspection findings, quotations, work schedules, and payment milestones.
Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, vendors, and execution teams.
Monitor waterproofing and repair works to ensure proper execution as per the approved methodology.
Prepare and document project progress.
Follow up on pending reports, quotations, work orders, and execution activities.
Maintain proper records of site inspections, work orders, BOQs, quotations, and project status.
Support the team in resolving client complaints and technical escalations.




Assist in training interns and junior team members on basic building defects, inspection procedures, equipment usage, and report preparation.

Preferred candidate profile
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to prepare BOQs and quotations
Positive communication and client-handling skills
Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements
Basic knowledge of construction materials and civil works
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and complete tasks within deadlines
