About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience generating leads and winning IT/software projects through Upwork.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, negotiation, and project conversion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant prospects, creating customized proposals, engaging with international clients, and generating consistent business for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant IT/software projects on Upwork.
Analyze client requirements and determine project suitability before bidding.
Submit high-quality, customized, and client-focused proposals.




Develop effective bidding strategies to maximize response and conversion rates.
Manage Upwork Connects efficiently and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, interviews, negotiations, and requirement discussions.
Convert Upwork leads into successful projects and long-term clients.
Coordinate with developers, designers, and technical teams to understand requirements and prepare project estimates.
Maintain and optimize Upwork profiles to improve visibility, JSS, client satisfaction, and overall performance.
Build robust relationships with international clients, particularly from the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
Track and report bidding activity, proposals submitted, responses, interviews, conversions, and revenue.
Research competitors, market trends, and new opportunities on Upwork.
Maintain a healthy and organized pipeline of potential clients.
