We are seeking a qualified and experienced Purchase Manager to join our dynamic team at Crescent Opto Pvt. Ltd, a leading LED manufacturing company. The Purchase Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services required for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills, a robust understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
Forecast demand for materials and services to optimize inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, engineering, and quality control teams, to identify purchasing needs and specifications.
Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including issuing purchase orders, tracking orders, and resolving discrepancies.
Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and current technologies relevant to LED manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration and Bachelors or masters in Electrical Engineering
Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the Electrical manufacturing industry.
