Position: Invoice Review Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 days a week + 2 Saturdays per month

Location: Mahalkshmi Race Course, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Review Executive to review invoices, verify supporting documents, identify discrepancies, and ensure invoices are processed accurately as per company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation.
Verify invoice details such as vendor name, invoice number, date, amount, taxes, and payment terms.
Match invoices with purchase orders, agreements, work orders, or other relevant documents.
Identify discrepancies, duplicate invoices, incorrect calculations, and missing information.
Verify applicable GST, TDS, and other tax-related details as per company requirements.




Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintain proper records of reviewed and processed invoices.
Ensure invoices are reviewed within defined timelines.
Support the Accounts/Finance team in invoice processing and payment coordination.
Prepare basic MIS and reports related to invoice review and pending invoices.
Follow company policies, internal controls, and approval processes.
Escalate high-value, unusual, or disputed invoices to the reporting manager.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor information.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of invoice verification and accounts payable processes.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation concepts.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
