Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, control panel, VVVF drive, motor, sensor, and safety circuit issues.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
Attend customer complaints and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
Supervise and guide Service Technicians at sites.
Conduct regular safety and equipment inspections.
Identify recurring faults and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain service reports, breakdown records, and maintenance documentation.
Coordinate with customers regarding technical issues and service requirements.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
Monitor elevator performance, uptime, and service quality.
Coordinate for required spare parts and technical support.

Preferred candidate profile
Have experience in Elevator Industry
Have done Diploma or BE. in Electrical
