Location: Fully remote; candidates must be currently residing in Bengaluru only
Interview Process: Virtual + Onsite (Bengaluru)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 12 weeks’ notice is acceptable

Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
Conduct initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.

Required Skills & Experience:
2–4 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
Experience working on W2 roles
Understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
Expertise in English proficiency.
Exposure to technical sourcing or Boolean searches.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in staffing or consulting settings.

Soft Skills:
Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Organization and attention to detail.
