Responsibilities
Provide counselling and guidance to students, job seekers or clients.
Assess individual needs and recommend appropriate courses, training programs or career opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
Maintain records of counselling activities and client interactions.
Follow up with clients regarding progress and outcomes.
Coordinate with educational institutions, training centers or employers.
Organize awareness programs, workshops and seminars.
Address client queries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation.

Experience
1 years in counselling or related field
Qualifications
Graduate in any dicipline
Basic computer certification preferred.
Positive Communication Skillsn and ability to handle individuals with empathy.
Knowledge of labour laws and welfare schemes will be an added advantage.
