Roles & Responsibilities Vehicle CAE Project Leader Crash
Lead Vehicle Crash CAE activities for full vehicle programs.
Perform and review frontal, side and rear crash simulations.
Evaluate vehicle crashworthiness and structural performance.
Analyse crash results, load paths, energy absorption and structural deformation.
Perform crash countermeasure analysis and recommend design improvements.
Support vehicle safety attribute development and target achievement.
Work on occupant safety and restraint system optimization.
Correlate CAE results with physical crash test results.
Coordinate with Design, Safety, Testing and other CAE teams.
Lead CAE projects, review technical deliverables and guide junior engineers.
Ensure CAE activities are completed within project timelines and quality standards.
