Job Brief

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive / Call Center Executive who is confident, target-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for making B2B outbound calls, speaking with business specialists, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and maintaining accurate prospect information in the CRM.

Candidates with experience in Outbound Calling, Telecalling, Call Center, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation are encouraged to apply.

Requirements




Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, call center, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
Hands-on experience with outbound calling is mandatory.
CRM experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently communicate with customers, prospects, and business professionals.
Positive listening, questioning, probing, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working with daily calling and lead-generation targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Willingness to work in a fixed EST shift from the Pune office.

Responsibilities
Make B2B outbound calls to prospective customers as per campaign requirements.
Engage with prospects and understand their business requirements.
Identify relevant contacts and decision-makers.
Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria.
