Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst who has also worked as a Product Owner to join our Digital Lending & Financial Products team. This is a functional role responsible for requirement gathering, process design, product strategy support, and cross-functional delivery across Retail and Corporate/SME Lending domains.

The ideal candidate will have solid business analysis capability, deep lending domain knowledge, and hands-on experience managing product backlogs in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities

A) Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Lead requirement gathering through workshops, interviews,



and stakeholder sessions.
Prepare BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and detailed process flows.
Translate business needs into explicit, testable functional requirements.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and workflow mapping across lending systems.
Work closely with compliance, credit, operations, and risk teams for requirement validation.

B) Product Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog for Retail Lending, SME Lending, and Corporate Lending modules.
Prioritize user stories and features based on business value, dependencies, and timelines.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams for sprint planning and execution.
Participate in daily Agile ceremonies, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance and ensure timely delivery of releases.

C) Lending Domain Expertise
Provide functional expertise across:
