We are looking for a smart, active & responsible Real Estate Executive who has good knowledge of Property, Real Estate Sales & Market and is comfortable handling both Office & Field Work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suitable properties for the company.
Check location, market rate, property potential & basic documents.
Handle property sales, customer follow-ups and site visits.
Generate leads and assist in closing property deals.
Coordinate with owners, brokers, customers, Legal & Accounts teams.
Handle basic Bank, CA/Accounts and document-related outdoor work.
Conduct property/market research and provide updates to management.
Handle urgent office/field assignments independently.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years Real Estate / Property experience.
Valuable knowledge of Pune Property Market.
Strong understanding of Property Buying,
Selling & Investment.
Valuable Sales & Negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Property Documents, RERA & Accounts/Banking.
Good communication and computer/Excel skills.
Should be comfortable with both office and field work.
Driving Licence / Own Vehicle – Preferred.
We Are Looking For
A candidate who can understand a property, identify whether it is suitable or risky, handle customers, close sales and independently manage office & field responsibilities.
Interested candidates can share their CV with relevant Real Estate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
