Saneforce CRM Management
Daily monitoring and management of Saneforce CRM.
Create, update and maintain Doctor Lists and Chemist Lists.
Maintain Employee / MR / ASM master data.
Monitor daily DCR submission and compliance.
Track pending, missing and incomplete DCRs.
Coordinate with field staff for DCR corrections and updates.
Monitor Tour Plans and adherence.
Coordinate with Saneforce support team for technical issues.
Field Staff Monitoring
Monitor daily field activities of MRs, ASMs and Managers.
Track Doctor Calls and Chemist Calls.
Prepare Doctor Call Average and Field Activity Reports.
Monitor field coverage and reporting compliance.
Prepare Missing Call / Non-Reporting Reports.
Coordinate with HR and Sales Managers regarding field staff attendance and activities.
Maintain proper records of field staff performance and activities.
Online Order Processing & Management
Process and monitor online orders received through various e-commerce platforms,



company portals and online sales channels.
Verify customer, product, quantity, pricing and order details.
Coordinate with Accounts and Dispatch teams for order processing.
Track orders from Order Received → Processing → Dispatch → Delivery.
Monitor pending, cancelled, rejected, blocked and failed orders.
Follow up on delayed or pending orders.
Maintain daily order tracking records in Excel.
Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Online Order Reports.
Coordinate for order amendments, cancellations and customer/order-related issues.
Maintain proper records of online orders and supporting documents.
Monitor order status and ensure timely processing.
Company Documentation
Maintain company records and significant documents.
Prepare and maintain letters, statements, reports and internal documents.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Support HR and Management in documentation work.
