Key Responsibilities
Factory Human Resources Support
Attendance Management: Track daily worker attendance, overtime hours, and manual gate logs.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Complete standard paperwork, assign locker keys, issue factory uniforms, and execute exit clearances.
Payroll Inputs: Compile verified shift logs and overtime summaries to deliver directly to finance.
Record Keeping: Update physical and digital worker personnel files while monitoring certificate expiration dates.
Grievance Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for routine worker complaints regarding shifts or facilities
Plant Administration & Facility Management
Office Maintenance: Coordinate clean-up rosters and manage routine repairs with third-party service providers.
Vendor Operations: Verify incoming supply invoices and monitor food quality provided by the factory canteen.
Inventory Control: Audit stationeries, safety gear, and cleaning supplies to prevent plant shortages.
Compliance & Safety
Legal Regulations: Maintain records required by local labor laws,
social security contributions, and manufacturing guidelines.
PPE Verification: Conduct routine walk-throughs to verify that factory workers are using necessary safety gear.
Incident Reports: Document workplace injuries immediately to submit to insurance and legal teams.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, preferably inside a manufacturing or warehouse facility.
Software Skills: Functional proficiency using MS Excel, Word, and dedicated biometric attendance software.
Language Skills: English and the dominant native language spoken by the local factory workforce.
Core Traits: High emotional resilience to handle floor stress, quick problem-solving abilities, and strict confidentiality.
