About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CG Consultant with 8–10 years of relevant experience to support technology and business teams on a contractual engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in CG-related systems and processes, with the ability to understand business requirements, provide consulting solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and work independently with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate CG solutions.
- Provide functional and technical consulting across CG-related applications and processes.
- Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend effective improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.
- Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution discussions.
- Support integrations with other enterprise applications as required.
- Ensure solutions comply with defined technical, functional,



security, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide ongoing application support, knowledge transfer, and guidance to internal teams.

Required Skills
- 8–10 years of relevant CG consulting experience .
- Robust understanding of CG-related business processes and applications.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise application integrations.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with contractual or project-based engagements is preferred.
