Roar Education is looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals to join our growing EdTech team as Senior Business Development Executive (EdTech Sales-Online MBA).
? Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and understand their academic/career goals
- Provide detailed information about UG/PG programs offered by leading universities
- Manage and convert leads through consistent follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong enrollment pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Guide students in making informed education decisions
? What We’re Looking For:
- Any bachelor’s degree
- 6 months–1 year of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory experience in Online Degree Programs)
- Able to work in a goal-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills
