We are looking for a Senior BA / BA Manager with robust insurance experience and proven BA team management & transformation expertise.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts
- Coach, mentor and develop BA capabilities
- Review requirements and BA artefacts; improve analysis practices
- Define business capabilities, value streams & operating model impacts
- Drive enterprise-level thinking across domains and solutions
- Align requirements with target architecture and reduce duplication
- Manage stakeholder conflicts and negotiate competing priorities
- Engage with senior stakeholders / ExCo / business heads
- Lead change adoption, process transformation, training & communication
• Partner with Operations and business teams to challenge and refine requirements
