Job Purpose

“This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.”Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Will be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform .
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners.Required Qualifications and Experience
- B.E in Information technology with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.)
- Knowledge of VisualForce,



Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience,SOQL Statements
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
- Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work setting either on a team or as an individual contributor
- Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
- Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
- Outstanding teamwork skills
- Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
