Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis and documentation.
- Strong BRD, FRD, user story, acceptance criteria and process-mapping skills.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technology requirements.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and basic software architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Travel industry experience across OTA, TMC, B2B travel, airline, hotel or transfer platforms is a strong plus.
- Understanding of GDS, NDC, airline/hotel APIs, booking, ticketing and post-booking is a plus.
- Exposure to Postman,



JSON/XML, SQL or data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points and process gaps.
- Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into transparent requirements for Engineering and QA teams.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify product and process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate requirements across internal teams, technology partners and suppliers.
- Support solution design, UAT planning, test scenarios and business validation.
- Manage requirement traceability, scope changes, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Support production issues through business impact analysis and coordinated resolution.
- Drive clarity and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
