Job Purpose

To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations

Major Accountabilities
Establishing and supervising site execution compliance activities.
Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
Evaluation of Construction Material, design mixes & overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
Will also be responsible for Quantity surveying, MB filling, ensuring EHS compliances etc.
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Day-to-day management of the site,



including supervising and monitoring the site staff and the work of any subcontractors.
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Ensure timely documentation and scrutiny of the same.
Executing the work as per architectural drawings.
Valuable experience of Managing project with respect to Time/cost/Quality parameters.

100% accuracy in the reports prepared.
Timely availability and presentability of data.
Adherence to timelines.
Budget adherence.

Education :
Preferably diploma/ B.E (Civil)

Experience:
08 + years experience preferably in Real Estate sector
