Key Responsibilities
Drive branch business and achieve sales targets through the APC Channel. Recruit, train, and develop Agency Partners, Business Associates, and frontline sales teams.
Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to maximize productivity.
Generate quality business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Ensure branch profitability, persistency, and renewal premium collection.
Conduct regular sales reviews, field visits, and joint calls with team members.
Maintain compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and operational guidelines.
Build solid relationships with customers, advisors, and local business networks.
Monitor branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
