Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, education counseling, or sales.
The role involves handling student inquiries, converting leads into course enrollments,
and reaching out to educational institutions such as engineering colleges, ITI institutes, and training centers.
Candidates with experience in training institutes, coaching centers, EdTech companies, or education counseling will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from students interested in our drone training courses
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
Explain course details and guide students through the enrollment process
Convert leads into confirmed student enrollments
Contact engineering colleges, ITI institutes, and polytechnic colleges for training program prospects
Maintain lead records using Excel or CRM tools
Assist with social media posts and online lead generation activities
Visit colleges or clients within Kolkata when required
Achieve monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets
